The Address Co is a commercial property consultancy based in Singapore. We help businesses find and lease commercial spaces. This website is a platform for browsing listings and getting in touch with our team, it is not itself a party to any tenancy or sale transaction.
The Address Co is not itself registered as an estate agency under the Estate Agents Act. Our consultants are individually licensed with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA): Glynis Tan, licence no. R051119Z, and Aileen Yeo, licence no. R011746G.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's security, copy or scrape our listings for commercial use without permission, or impersonate any person or entity when submitting an enquiry.

The Address Co acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any tenancy or sale agreement; any transaction for a listed property is a separate agreement between you and the relevant landlord, agent, or seller.
There is no charge for an initial consultation with our team. If you choose to proceed with our services beyond that, any applicable fees will be discussed and agreed with you separately before work begins.
